The LeFleur Museum District | Jackson, MS
In partnership with the MS Science Fest, the Lefleur Museum District invites you to attend a special STEAM-themed Field Trip Friday! On Friday, September 19, the LeFleur Museum District will host a day dedicated to promoting STEAM subjects and increasing science literacy for our field trip guests.

On this special day, your students will be some of the select few who have the opportunity to spend their field trip time interacting with nationally renowned STEAM professionals and engaging in unique, hands on activities that align and connect directly to the science and math content taught in your classroom. Students attending Field Trip Friday will have an opportunity to participate in hands-on experiments, interactive exhibits, and see classroom science lessons come to life. ​

The 10th annual Mississippi Science Fest (MSF), presented by C Spire is a family-fun event hosted by the four museums in the award-winning LeFleur Museum District in Jackson, MS!

This day is dedicated to showcasing science, technology, engineering, and mathematic (STEAM) industries, organizations, and innovation happening across the state. MSF aims to engage students, families, adults, and educators in a fun and interactive learning environment that promotes science education and workforce development.
