What is the Mississippi Science Festival?

The Mississippi Science Fest (MSF) fun, hands-on event hosted by the the award-winning LeFleur Museum District (LMD) in Jackson, Mississippi.

The Mississippi Science Fest aims to engage students, families, adults, and educators in a fun and interactive environment providing science education, workforce development, and a glimpse into Mississippi’s future. MSF will offer special exhibitors, events, and programs that celebrate STEM and illustrate the vital role that Mississippians serve in these fields.

The Mississippi Science Festival is thrilled to announce our 2025 Satellite Locations, each playing a vital role in expanding access to STEM education across the state. These four outstanding partners are dedicated advocates for inspiring curiosity and a love of science, technology, engineering, and math in children throughout Mississippi. Together, we are building a stronger future through hands-on learning and community engagement.
